- The use of A1SuretyBonds.com is for the purpose of applying for, securing, paying for, and receiving a requested surety bond.
- The application process for obtaining a surety bond includes certain implied authorizations on behalf of the user:
- Information entered into the online application at A1SuretyBonds.com, or otherwise received by The Surety Syndicate, LLC, is used for the acquisition of a requested surety bond. This includes implied authorization for the agents of The Surety Syndicate, LLC, or any of their represented surety companies, to pull personal credit reports and business credit reports and to disclose information received from those credit reports, financial documentation, and other required application information to surety companies and/or other surety brokers for approval purposes only, otherwise to be secured in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- To the extent required by law, The Surety Syndicate, LLC or any of their represented surety companies will, upon request, provide notice whether or not a consumer report has been requested by The Surety Syndicate, LLC or any of their represented surety companies, and if so, the name and address of the consumer reporting agency furnishing the report. You may request this information by submitting a written or email request.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law principles. By accessing or using this website, you agree that any disputes, claims, or legal actions arising out of or relating to your use of this website shall be exclusively brought and maintained in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Davidson County, Tennessee. You further consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objections to venue in such courts, including any claims of forum non conveniens.
Bond Issuance, Accuracy and Changes
All bonds are issued using the information entered by the user. Users should verify that all information is accurate upon completion of the application. All bonds are sent to the user upon issuance for review prior to being sent out via the requested delivery method. Any changes or alterations will be charged at a rate of $25 plus any additional premium generated by the change. The $25 covers any associated processing costs to process the change rider.
Return and Refund Policy
Surety bonds are issued assuming the first year’s surety bond premium is fully earned and therefore not refundable without the express consent of the surety company. In order to qualify for a return of premium, A1SuretyBonds.com must receive the original, initially issued, unaltered surety bond, power of attorney, and any additional documentation originally issued with your bond. It will be at the surety company’s sole discretion whether a refund, whether complete or pro rata, will be issued. (Exclusions are any instant issued bond, such as notary, notary with E&O, Certificate of title or any other bond not specifically listed herein)
This process can take up to and exceed 30 business days.
Subsequent annual renewals may be eligible for a pro-rata return of unused premium if the bond is cancelled midterm. At all times, The Surety Syndicate, LLC will be working as a representative for you in the process of securing a premium quotation or bond approval for the requested surety bond.
Delivery Methods
A1SuretyBonds.com offers the following delivery methods:
USPS First Class Postal Mail – Free
Typically, delivery time is 7-10 business days depending on the distance it is being sent. As we have no control over the United States Post Office, we cannot guarantee accurate delivery times, nor can we guarantee proper delivery. It is always suggested to use our UPS 2 Day delivery option.
UPS 2 Day Express – $35
Standard 2 day delivery is typically guaranteed within 2 days or less; unfortunately, UPS cannot guarantee its deliveries, so shipping via UPS 2 day is not guaranteed.
Additional charges apply for next day overnight, weekend, residential, or priority services if requested. You will be provided a Tracking Number for your shipment.
WE CANNOT GUARANTEE ANY SHIPPING DELIVERY TIMES. Once we hand off your package to UPS, they are the responsible party to deliver your package. We will work with you and the shipper to resolve any issues that may arise.
**Expedited shipping is not a guarantee that your package will go out the same day payment is received and/or other required documents are received.** While we strive to meet demanding timelines, submissions are handled on a first come, first serve basis, and we do not offer expedited processing at this time.
Email/Fax
We will provide an electronic copy of your executed bond, but we cannot guarantee, nor do we recommend attempting to file the copy of your bond with the obligee, as most require the bond to have a raised seal and an original signature in order to be acceptable to the obligee. We highly recommend contacting the obligee to see if they will accept the electronic copy.
