Any entity or person acting in the capacity of arranging employment for artists in the entertainment field must be licensed as a California Talent Agency, post and maintain a $50,000 Talent Agency License Bond in accordance with Chapter 4, Part 6, Division 2 of the Labor Code of the State of California.
