Persons wishing to hold a professional boxing, MMA or kickboxing event in the State of Tennessee must first obtain a "Promoters License." Once the Promoter is licensed , the promoter must apply for and secure the approval of an "Event Permit" by the Tennessee Athletic Commission at least thirty (30) days in advance of the event.  At that time, the licensee must provide a Promoters License Surety Bond in a minimum amount of $25,000.00.
