The State of Arizona Barbering and Cosmetology Board requires that all Cosmetology, Aesthetics, Hairstyling, Nail Technology or Barber Schools post and maintain a $10,000 Cosmetology School License Surety Bond.

The bond shall be for the benefit of and subject to the claims of the state for failure to comply with the requirements of  A.R.S. Title 32, Chapter 5, Article 5 and any student who fails to receive the full course of instruction required under this chapter.
