Any person, municipality, or qualified organization may not conduct Games of Chance or Contests of Skill unless they have received an operators license issued by the Alaska Department of Taxation. As part of securing the license, the operator must post a Games of Chance and Skill Operator License Surety Bond in the amount of $25,000.00 for each permit under which the operator operates.
Operators of Pull-Tab Games with additional prizes are required to post a $250,000.00 Games of Chance and Skill Operator License Surety Bond in addition to the above referenced bond.
